This technology develops an LCD-type EVA diesel pour-point depressant. By controlling the molecular structure of copolymers with composite catalysts, optimizing mass and heat transfer in gas-agitated polymerization reactors, and compounding high-efficiency additives, it reduces the diesel pour point by 15℃ –25℃ and the cold filter plugging point by 4℃ –15 ℃ with only 0.01%–0.1% dosage, overcoming the limitation of traditional depressants that only lower the pour point. The production process recycles monomers and produces no waste, making it environmentally friendly.
