This technology develops a pervaporation/vapor permeation dehydration process based on molecular sieving and ive adsorption principles. It features high flux, high stability, and resistance to high-temperature organic solvents, making it suitable for efficient dehydration of ethanol, acetone, and dozens of other solvents in coal chemical and biopharmaceutical industries. The team led the formulation of the national industry standard HG/T5504-2019, promoting industrial application. It is now the preferred solution for organic solvent dehydration worldwide.
