Addressing the challenges of large-scale, high-proportion renewable energy development in Ningxia, this technology develops four key solutions: high-precision power forecasting, centralized smart operation and maintenance, second-level active frequency/voltage control, demand response. After implementation in Ningxia, renewable energy capacity increased from 16% to 42%, while curtailment rates ped from 15% to below 3%. Deployed across thousands of sites nationwide, it significantly enhances renewable energy consumption and absorption.
