This technology builds a data collection network by way of integrating satellite positioning, UAVs and sensors to obtain multi-dimensional farmland data; Then, an ASEAN database is built, and an exclusive decision-making algorithm is generated through localization training of ASEAN agricultural database and 10 billion parameter big models; Finally, an agricultural large language model for decision-making was established by deploying lightweight in edge terminals, thus realizing the complete process of the whole chain of "data collection-model decision-making-terminal execution-government-enterprise collaboration", thereby advancing precision and intelligent agriculture.
