This technology successfully constructs a prototype device of a flexible self-powered photoelectrochemical-type photoelectric sensor based on two-dimensional materials. The device features flexibility, comfort, self-powering, and high integration density, demonstrating excellent photoresponse performance, low-power self-powered photoresponse characteristics, and outstanding bending and folding stability. It has been applied in multiple fields such as photoelectric signal detection and glucose concentration detection.
