This system builds a closed-loop virtual-real interaction system based on digital twins for complex giant systems such as smart factories. Major innovations points include: 1) Using UE5 engine integrated with motion capture systems to achieve high-precision scene modeling and real-time calibration; 2) Synchronizing virtual and real model movements through parameter binding and TCP plugins for closed-loop control; 3) Establishing a "human-in-the-loop" large-scale parallel simulation system for real-time decision-making and precise regulation of complex events.
