This system designs a prostate cancer early screening system based on framework nucleic acid interfaces and plasmon-enhanced fluorescence technique, adopting a sandwich detection process: framework nucleic acid probes fixed on chips to capture targets for fluorescence detection. Core advantages: the rigid structure of framework nucleic acids achieves 95.3% specificity; plasma enhancement improves sensitivity by 50 times; modular design can adapts to different scenarios. Supporting equipment includes nucleic acid synthesizers, spotting systems and fluorescence analyzers, enabling high-precision multi-target detection.
