This technology uses genetic recombination to construct a Tie2 promoter and HRE enhancer-driven ACE2/Ang-(1-7) expression vector, targeted delivered to vascular endothelial cells via a bionic nano-system. The system features hypoxia-responsive properties, intelligently regulating gene expression to precisely adjust the RAS system, reducing inflammatory damage and effectively preventing and treating acute respiratory distress syndrome, lowering mortality rates for severe respiratory dysfunction.
