This MES system is customized for machining and molding industries, solving scheduling issue caused by non-standard parts process differences. It collects project schedule, work hours, and machine status in real-time via mobile QR code scanning. A cyclic capacity calculation model that simulates human thinking is adopted for intelligent scheduling and automatic work hour statistics. It integrates git/rpm compilation tools and spec file technical scheme, significantly improving compatibility and stability on openEuler systems.
