This technology builds a distribution network topology model based on graph computing, achieving automatic structural reconstruction through node similarity analysis. It integrates geographic information and topology models to establish a panoramic visual monitoring system, enabling observable, measurable, and controllable distribution networks. It conducts data analysis according to disaster information, enhancing response capabilities. It builds a comprehensive evaluation model based on subjective/objective weights and neural networks to support intelligent decision-making, and has been applied to multiple operation and maintenance business on the panoramic platform.
