Based on multimodal navigation (electromagnetic/optical/robotic) fusion, a surgical spinal endoscopy system is developed, achieving 360° spinal canal micro-decompression (EndoULBDD technique). Integrating intelligent bionic spine models and 5G remote platforms, it forms a full-process "preoperative planning-intraoperative navigation-postoperative evaluation". Core technologies include: ① Surgical spinal endoscopes and matching tools; ② High-precision electromagnetic positioning systems; ③ Biomechanic simulation training systems. Breaking traditional open surgery limits, the incision is only 1cm, intraoperative fluoroscopy is reduced by 75%, and training reuse rates reach 50 times that of cadaver specimens.
