This technology employs vertical spiral deep ploughing tools to achieve soil crushing, suspension, and ridging (tillage depth 40cm/width 60cm), breaking the plow pan, improving permeability and optimizing water characteristics. The process covers fixed path vertical deep rotary, fertilization, sowing, film mulching and soil covering on film, which improving soil water storage and supply capacity by optimizing physical properties of the ploughing layer, enhancing crop drought and cold resistance, and water and fertilizer absorption efficiency. The core equipment is a vertical deep rotary ploughing machine.
