This equipment features continuous, environmentally friendly, and safe operation with no pressure or wastewater, consuming approximately 750 kWh per ton. It produces high-strength, non-migrating eco-friendly reclaimed rubber with stable strength of 12.5–14 MPa. Its derivative product, ICAM-modified asphalt, has the advantages of both SBS-modified asphalt and the rubber-modified asphalt in terms of high-temperature resistance and strong adhesion, fatigue resistance, aging resistance, low-temperature crack resistance, water damage resistance, high elastic recovery and road noise reduction.
