This scheme focuses on the feasibility of rapid grid-dependent load adjustment for highenergy-consumption enterprises, targeting industries such as battery swap stations, electrolytic aluminum and cement. It develops high-reliability power load control interface to ensure communication security; establishes edge computing capabilities for load control terminals; breaks through rapid data exchange technology to reduce latency; and leverages 5G to achieve rapid multi-timescale interaction and emergency control between adjustable loads and the grid, meeting flexible grid regulation needs.
