Based on high-temperature and high-pressure hydrothermal treatment, this technology achieves non-phase-change water separation with energy consumption only half that of steam drying. Core breakthroughs: 1) Efficient release of bound water from sludge without changing water phase state; 2) Simple filter pressing reduces moisture content below 35%. It significantly lowers energy consumption, completely solving high-energy-consumption issues, and provides efficient and economical solutions for municipal and industrial sludge utilization.
