This high-concentration anaerobic fermentation technology overcomes the challenge of layered crusting in straw-like materials causing process interruptions. By establishing a gasliquid-solid three-phase fluid mechanics model, it precisely optimizes reactor structure, stirring systems, and feeding/discharging methods, featuring solid feeding, high-concentration stirring, modular reactors, and online residue separation and recycling systems. The technology is solidified into equipment, significantly improving efficiency and reducing energy consumption, enabling stable and efficient operation and resource recycling.
