This technology adopts a suspended bed-fixed bed coupled process to tackle traditional catalyst deactivation challenges. Core innovations: suspended bed hydrogenation adapts to various oil/fat raw materials (no degumming pretreatment required), disposable homogeneous catalysts can remove over 80% oxygen atoms, with water and gums simultaneously separated; significantly reducing subsequent fixed bed catalyst water-induced deactivation rates. The process features broad raw material adaptability and simplified flows, ensuring large-scale production of second-generation biodiesel.
