This technology breaks through the bottleneck of aluminum/steel dissimilar metal welding, supporting automotive lightweighting and ensuring new energy vehicle safety. With support from the Shanghai Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, it completed laboratory development and intelligent equipment prototyping. Its fastener structures achieve high-quality continuous welding of cast aluminum/hot pressing-formed steel, ensuring welding strength and stability.
