This technology overcomes energy system cold storage bottlenecks by developing integrated composite phase change materials. Machine learning optimizes formulations to achieve energy storage density eight times that of water cold storage and energy efficiency 2.5 times that of ice storage, validated through 5,000 cycles. Modular equipment integrates heat exchange flow channel, with small footprints and high efficiency, reducing unit cooling costs by 2–3 times compared to traditional models. Applicable to virtual power plant peak regulation, data centers, driving upgrades in the hundred-billion-yuan cold storage industry.
