This technology achieves full-plant data integration and remote monitoring for oxygen bottom-blowing smelting, filling a gap in copper smelting. Thermal imaging is used for furnace temperature monitoring, and mass spectrometry for flue gas composition analysis, electronic tags for assay data management, and multi-source information fusion for archiving; it applies soft-sensing technology to estimate slag temperature/level and copper matte level in real-time, optimizing control via mechanism models, significantly improving smelting productivity, providing intelligent solutions for smelting enterprises.
