This technology addresses numerous defects in new energy vehicle aluminum alloy welding and severe spatter, breaking through lightweight manufacturing bottlenecks. It won three national awards including the National Disruptive Technology Competition and was listed among the Top 100 New Technologies at the 2023 ZGC Forum. It holds 22 patents (8 authorized) and software copyrights. Compared to riveting, it reduces fixed investment by 50%, production costs by 90%, and increases production cycle speed by 30%, significantly improving welding stability.
