This technology develops high-performance permanent magnet synchronous linear servo motors for high-end CNC machine tools: achieving multi-objective magnetic field optimization via 3D layered finite element method; proposing a nonlinear stable adaptive robust control algorithm to perform trajectory tracking in complex conditions. Breaking through key motor electromagnetic optimization and motion control technologies, it significantly boosts linear feed precision and dynamic response performance.
