Focusing on lubricant base oil hydroisomerization isodewaxing, Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics has developed proprietary catalysts and processes since 1999. Core breakthroughs have been made in developing three novel molecular sieves to achieve 5m3 industrial production; customizing catalysts for paraffinic/naphthenic oils covering full viscosity grades; increasing Group II base oil yield by 8% when processing 200SN feedstock, and Group III heavy oil yield by 20% for 650SN.
