This technology employs multi-functional molecular sieve catalysts integrating MTO conversion, catalytic cracking, and alkylation into a single catalyst for high-ivity methanolto-propylene. Adopting a fluidized bed dual reactor-regenerator process, it achieves >99% single-pass methanol conversion, 75–80% propylene ivity, 5–10% ethylene ivity, and only 3.0 tons methanol per ton propylene. This process significantly reduces material circulation and unit energy consumption, leading in technical and economic indicators.
