This technology completed a 10,000-ton/year industrial trial, with internationally leading metrics: toluene conversion rate >30%, PX ivity >90%, ethylene + propylene ivity >80%. Core breakthroughs: 1) Standalone units omit adsorption separation, producing highpurity PX via grade one crystallization, significantly reducing costs; 2) Integrating existing aromatics units only requires adding alkylation to reduce disproportionation/isomerization/adsorption unit scale, increasing PX production while lowering construction and operating costs, greatly enhancing competitiveness.
