This technology improves the production efficiency and techno-economics of coal-toolefins industrial units through catalyst, reactor, and new processes, reducing material and energy consumption. It employs catalyst coke control, eliminating C4+ recycling, increasing olefin yield by 10% over DMTO-I. Single-unit methanol processing capacity also increases over DMTO-I, reaching 3 million tons/year. Five million-ton olefin technology licenses have been completed so far.
