This technology develops efficient, low-cost LZC-1 and LZJ-1 catalysts to synthesize ethylene carbonate from ethylene oxide and CO2 (conversion and ivity >99%, catalyst cost <¥40/ton), with transesterification co-producing premium ethylene glycol (catalyst cost <¥30/ton) and dimethyl carbonate. Using ethylene oxide as raw material (1.45 tons dimethyl carbonate co-produced per ton ethylene glycol), it reduces costs and breaks traditional bottlenecks.
