This technology develops an anti-coking catalyst to achieve isobutane dehydrogenation to isobutene at 570℃ -600 ℃ and atmospheric pressure to 1.0 MPa (fixed bed yield: 56%–62%, ivity: 86%–92%). It also completes the preparation of industrial fluidized bed catalysts (conversion rate ≥ 52%, ivity ≥ 85%) and the development of a 100,000-ton process package, forming a complete set of domestic industrial technology for isobutane dehydrogenation.
