This technology addresses the challenges of high water consumption, weak environmental carrying capacity, and difficult waste liquid treatment in oil and gas development. It proposes a new waste liquid classification treatment model: "use as much as possible, inject when suitable, and discharge when permissible". It breaks through the gel-breaking and destabilization mechanism, develops patented agents, and forms a core process of "gel-breaking → coagulation → air flotation separation → multi-stage filtration", developing standardized, modular, and compact skid-mounted equipment. It achieves compliant waste liquid treatment, improves water resource reuse rates, and reduces environmental risks.
