This technology modifies various solid waste incineration residues (e.g., sludge incineration ash, fly ash, deinking sludge ash, phosphogypsum) through physical and chemical methods, generating a high-whiteness, high-surface-area nano-CaCO3 decoration layer via nonuniform nucleation and heterogeneous crystallization. This significantly improves the surface properties, whiteness, porosity, and opacity of the residues while encapsulating heavy metal ions, producing a calcium carbonate surface-crystallized composite material for resource utilization.
