This technology achieves rapid high-solids dewatering and resource utilization (building materials, greening substrates, or fuel) by breaking sludge cell walls to release cell water and constructing an in-situ dewatering framework, completely eliminating odors. The process involves: sludge being transported to reaction kettles by intelligent equipment → adding conditioning agents → pumping into a gradient pressure differential diaphragm plate-frame system for pressing and dewatering → forming bio-carbon-based materials for resource utilization.
