This technology achieves effluent oil content <5 mg/L (meeting national standards) through the synergistic effects of wettability gradient coalescence, dual-channel ive filtration (99.9%), and deep bed filtration. It uses chemical-free, low-pressure (<0.05 MPa), and long-life (5 years) self-cleaning filter materials to reduce costs. Modular containerized design and intelligent control shorten project cycles by 75%, with oil phase recovery >99% and water reuse >80%. Innovative wettability regulation and system integration to tackle the "high efficiency-low cost-strong adaptability" issues.
