This technology combines the advantages of refrigeration and adsorption, consisting of condensation, adsorption, and catalytic oxidation modules. The process is as follows: VOCs mixed gas is cooled stepwise to -65 ℃ to -75℃ in the condensation unit, liquefying most VOCs for recovery; residual trace VOCs are separated from air in the adsorption unit; low-concentration tail gas enters the catalytic oxidation system for purification. This cycle enables continuous, efficient VOCs recovery and purification.
