This technology adopts oxidation-reduction-fuming oxygen-enriched side-blowing triplefurnace continuous smelting and graded refining to achieve gradient recovery of multiple metals. Core breakthroughs include: pyrite collaborative oxidation smelting technology for deep desulfurization, energy saving, carbon reduction, and sulfur resource utilization; low-PbOactivity five-component slag system and high-temperature electrostatic precipitation intelligent equipment for arsenic-containing flue gas, significantly enhancing direct recovery rates of lead and zinc; and collaborative leaching of waste acid and high-arsenic dust to produce arsenic trioxide, achieving full-process arsenic hazardous waste reduction and resource utilization for cleaner production.
