This technology establishes a new single-atom catalytic precision detoxification process for typical high-toxicity organic pollutants in hard-to-degrade industrial wastewater, enabling directional conversion into highly biodegradable organic matter while coupling anaerobic biotechnology for low-energy, high-efficiency treatment. For heavy metal complexes in such wastewater, it develops an ozone/sodium percarbonate advanced oxidation resource recovery process to achieve resource recovery of valuable metals and ligands.
