This technology, addresses challenges in low-carbon wastewater treatment and new pollutant synergistic reduction. It proposes an integrated process: "pre-concentration separation + stereo bio-ecological coupling + electro-enhanced functional wetland + feedforwardfeedback intelligent control", enabling low-carbon process, multi-phase new pollutant deep reduction and resource utilization, breaking through traditional wastewater treatment bottlenecks.
