This technology addresses the issues of large volume, high investment, and low efficiency in treating high-COD wastewater (>1,000 mg/L) with traditional equipment. It develops a modular photocatalytic skid-mounted system. Ultraviolet light excites TiO2 to generate free radicals that mineralize pollutants, while internal diffusion structures enhance contact, plugflow design stabilizes gradients, and stainless steel mesh encapsulates catalysts to improve efficiency. The process integrates pretreatment, multi-stage photocatalytic reaction and solidliquid separation.
