This technology is based on low-voltage arc discharge principles. A low-voltage (<150 V) electric field is applied to moving activated carbon particles to trigger arc discharge, creating localized high-temperature arcs. The arcs directly act on the carbon particles for rapid heating, pyrolyzing adsorbed organics into CO2 and water. It breaks through traditional external gas heat transfer modes by utilizing the carbon's own conductivity to release energy, significantly reducing energy consumption. The process requires no intermediate heating medium, offering low energy use and minimal secondary pollution.
