This technology leverages the advantages of rotating foam scrubbers to transfer VOCs from the gas phase to the liquid phase via high-performance carbon fiber-based filler beds. Liquid-phase VOCs are treated through dual processes: filler beds loaded with microbial strains or bioalgae and biofilm reactors, enabling in-situ regeneration and recycling of the liquid phase. Additionally, based on IoT+ technology, carbon-based quantum dot biosensors are integrated with PLC automatic control systems to perform automatic monitoring and optimized treatment solutions.
