This begins by establishing partial differential equations to describe uncontrolled multitime-delay marine plankton ecosystems, deriving conditions for the system's positive equilibrium point. A hybrid controller is applied to the uncontrolled time-delay model to create a new model. The controlled model is linearized at the equilibrium point, yielding characteristic equations. Using time delay as a bifurcation parameter, stability and bifurcation analyses of the characteristic equations are conducted. Suitable controller parameters are ed to achieve local asymptotic stability near the equilibrium point. This controller modeling does not require current system state values and offers a wide adjustable parameter range.
