This technology develops customizable warm-mix recycling agents, oil-stone separation equipment, and intelligent aggregate recognition technology. It establishes a digital design for recycled mixtures and constructs a management platform based on IoT and digital twins. Multi-source emission reduction strategies are formulated, with the main process being green material development-oil-stone separation-intelligent aggregate monitoring-durable design of recycled materials-smart construction-carbon reduction strategies, enabling high-value, lowcarbon recycling of waste asphalt pavement materials.
