This technology efficiently and cleanly converts carbon-containing materials such as coal and biomass into a mixture of hydrogen and carbon monoxide. After drying and grinding, raw materials are fed into a water-cooled wall gasifier with inert gas. Under precisely controlled coal-oxygen-steam ratios and process parameters (pressure, temperature), high-temperature syngas is generated. The technology is highly adaptable to coal types (e.g., bituminous coal, lignite, anthracite) and meets the development needs of the coal chemical industry.
