This porous polymer adsorbent offers significant advantages over activated carbon: green preparation, cost ≤ 5,000 RMB/ton, high mechanical strength, stability in water, easy recovery, and versatility in form. It exhibits excellent adsorption performance: methylene blue 850 mg/g, methyl violet 300 mg/g (removal rate >95% at 100 ppm), Cu2+/Pb2+ 100–120 mg/g (efficient removal at 50 ppm), with 1-hour adsorption and clear solutions.
