This technology uses solid composite catalysts and high-pressure hot water media to rapidly depolymerize kitchen waste into small-molecule organics such as glucose, amino acids, and bio-fulvic acid within 40–120 minutes. The fully enclosed process produces no wastewater, exhaust gas, or residue, completely kills pathogens, and generates zero toxic pollutants. The product can be directly used as organic fertilizer, with a treatment cost of only 180 RMB/ton (no drying pretreatment required). It can also process biological waste containing impurities like bones, featuring 100% resource utilization and harmlessness.
