This technology has been applied in two sets of coke oven denitration units at Hebei Zhongmei Xuyang Coking Company, operating stably for over six months. At an ammonia-tonitrogen ratio ≈ 1:1, the outlet NOx concentration is <10 mg/Nm3, meeting national ultra-low emission standards (<50 mg/Nm3). Under insufficient ammonia spraying, the outlet NOx concentration is ≈ 60 mg/Nm3, far below the emission limit for key regions (<100 mg/Nm3). The catalyst exhibits excellent denitration performance and has been promoted in over ten sets of equipment in industries such as coking, glass and thermal oil furnaces.
