This technology addresses the challenge of dioxin reduction in waste incineration flue gas (enriched on fine particles at 130–230℃ ) by developing a high-molecular polymerization accelerator. The solution is sprayed into the deacidification tower or quenching device to promote the polymerization of submicron particles, improving the capture efficiency of particles <2 μm by baghouse filters. Industrial verification shows that, without increasing filter pressure , dioxin emission concentrations are reduced by 30%–50% and dust emissions by 20%–50%. It is suitable for domestic garbage, medical waste, and hazardous waste incineration facilities.
