This technology uses natural clay minerals and waste oils to prepare biochar/claybased composite materials via one-step carbonization, with acid/salt modification to enhance performance. Through adsorption, precipitation, redox, and complexation, heavy metals are converted into insoluble, low-toxicity, or plant-unabsorbable forms, reducing mobility and ecological risks. The material also increases organic carbon content, improves water and fertilizer retention, reduces nutrient loss, promotes microbial activity, and enhances soil selfremediation. It has broad prospects.
