This technology addresses the challenge of excessive dioxin emissions in waste incineration (stricter than the national standard GB18485 limit of 0.05ng TEQ/Nm3) by developing a highefficiency inhibitor. The inhibitor, in dissolved or powdered form, is sprayed into flue gas at 300 ℃ –1000 ℃ to suppress the generation of dioxins and highly toxic substances like PCBs, reducing emission concentrations by 40%–85%. For a 500-ton scale, only 0.2–1 ton of agent is needed, ensuring compliance with emission standards and significantly reducing the cost of end-of-pipe activated carbon adsorption.
