By identifying key risk factors and implementing source-plant-network collaborative regulation (e.g., controlling residual coagulants, adjusting hydraulic conditions), it effectively resolves periodic yellow water problems caused by complex factors like water source changes or process adjustments, ensuring stable tap water quality.
