Based on the turbine expander technology of the Institute of Plasma Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, tail gas recovery systems for industries such as chemicals and pharmaceuticals are developed. Key breakthroughs include high-speed rotor stability, novel gas bearing design, and high-power wheel system matching, achieving system integration. The system enables environmental emission reduction (e.g., ammonia recovery) and high-value raw material recovery (e.g., aromatic hydrocarbons in hydrogen peroxide tail gas), providing core equipment for LNG, synthetic ammonia, and other industries, driving green industrial upgrades.
